Vyvanse the generic name of which is Lisdexamfetamine is a drug that is very commonly prescribed by the doctors in the treatment and control of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder). It is considered to be an effective medicine but Vyvanse has got some  effects too. These side effects occur when the patient uses this medicines in an unwise or in  a way that has not been recommended way. However, mishandling of this drug may lead to many vyvanse side effects which also include cardiovascular  effects. But, the soothing aspect of it is that this risk of being caught by the hazardous side effects may be reduced by the method which will be adopted for administering it into the patient.

Common side effects are those which are observed in more than 5% of patients.  It includes:

• The patient may undergo feelings of discomfort and unpleasantness.
• Erectile dysfunction is another common side effect of the medicine.
• Patients are also reported to have a condition in which they are usually found while clenching and grinding their jaws. It is also termed as Bruxism.
• The patient also starts having dry mouth. In other words, Xerostomia is another  effect suffered by the patient.
• Feelings of restlessness and agitations are commonly observed.
• The patient may also feel dizziness.
• Nausea is one irritating side effect that occurs because of misuse of the drug.
• The patient may also feel anxiety.
• Patients undergo the loss of appetite because of which they suffer with tremendous weight loss.
• Diarrhea is another commonly observed side effect.
• Sometimes, the patient shows such behavioral pattern that he feels inability to sleep and that ends up in the drastic condition of insomnia.
• Frequent vomiting that is , Emesis is also observed.
• Patients suffer with headaches as a side effect of it’s extensive use.

• Irritability is another side effect that has been observed.

• Some of the patients also complain for having an unpleasant taste over their tongue. This condition is termed as Paraguesia.

Severe Vyvanse Side Effects:

Severe side effects are those which are not found that frequently in the patients but when they appear, they create a life threatening situation. Let’s have a look on Vyvanse Side Effects.

• Sudden mood changes, uncontrolled rage and physical abuse of others; these are the conditions which are observed a severe side effect of Vyvanse. Or in other words, we can say that severe aggression is seen in the patients. This is a life threatening situation, not only for the patients but also for those who are present in the surroundings of the patients.
• The patient suffers hallucinations which causes problems not only for him; but also for others.
• The patient complains for being tired and weakened muscles.
• Blurred vision is also observed in many cases.
• Another side effect that is life threatening is that the patient may also suffer with severe chest pains which we call Angina Pectoris.
